The exchange can only be done for the size and if the delivered product is in default. Exchange can only be done on the same product for the size only once
If you got the defective product, share the images of the product at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours (working days)
If the customer is not available at the time of return pickup for more than twice and the courier services are unable to pickup the shipment then the customer has to self ship the product.
The items you are returning should remain intact with all the original packaging and tags.
For maintaining the hygiene standards for our products all the exchanged products will go through quality checks, if the product doesn’t pass the QC standards then CAKRA reserve the right to not accept the return. Conditions for not accepting the product

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be available in stock at that time. If the size is not available we will issue STORE CREDIT to your account which will be valid for 120 days
While accessing the store credit if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged at the time of purchase and if exchanged item is of lower value, differences in amount will remain as it is in your store credit account.
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you have to self ship the product to CAKRA at OFFICE NO.14133, Greater Noida West, GAUR CITY MALL, C-01/BGH-01, SECTOR-4, Greater Noida, Gautambuddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201306. An amount of INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be added to your STORE CREDIT account.
No shipping cost for online payment. For COD standard shipping charges will be applied

Shipping is not provided to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will get the shipping confirmation via mail and WhatsApp along with the tracking ID through which you can track the status of the product delivery

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.
In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of STORE CREDIT
The item which was returned firstly will pass through QC only after the store credit will be initiated in your CAKRA CREDIT ACCOUNT
