At Cakra Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Refund and Return Policy below for guidance on how to return or exchange your items.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We only accept return for damaged product(s) and exchange only for size issues. Also, it should meet the following conditions:
- Return Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange within [5 DAYS ] of receiving your order. The return will be processed within 2 business days.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items marked as final sale, discounted, or customized (e.g., personalized clothing).
How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [admin@cakracollective.com] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Cakra Collective is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
We do not provide refund but credit points. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If the return is approved, same amount of credit points will be processed and credited within [5-6] business days.
Credit points will be sent to your e-mail/WhatsApp Number.
Exchanges
We only accept exchange for a different size, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee availability of the item you wish to exchange.
Note: Exchange can only be done only once.
Defective or Damaged Items

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a defect.
